OPTIONS for Accompanying Person, if any

• Double room B&B supplement for 4 nights: 60,00 €
• 4 lunches: 100,00 €
• 3 dinners : 75,00 €
• Gala dinner: 90,00 €
• Workshop Excursion: 35,00 €

INVITATION LETTER
If you need an invitation letter to apply for a visa, please register first, and send an email to iqclsw2026@gmail.com, indicating your affiliation and a copy of your passport, and the length of time you plan to stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation must be requested in writing to iqclsw2026@gmail.com
• If the cancellation request is received betwin 4 May and  1st June 2026, a cancellation fee of €100 will be deducted.
• If the cancellation request is received after June 1st, 2026, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the registration fee.
• No cancellations will be refunded after June 12, 2026.
• All refunds will be processed after the conference.
• Registered individuals can, however, be replaced without financial penalties until June 28, 2026. In this case, please inform iqclsw2026@gmail.com as soon as possible.
