Instructions

  • Follow the link and begin the few steps
    Department/Unit field: 10 letters max…
    The captcha: all letters are lowercase
    Arrival and departure dates are optionnal, but you can specify them if you know them 
  • Choose your category  (student/standard)
  • You will not be able to modify your registration. If a modification is needed, please send us an email, asking us to delete your registration so that you can start again…
  • You will be able to pay online by credit card or by wire transfer (and for French institutions by order form). If you choose online payment, do it directly at the end of the registration process, you won’t be able to come back to it later… You will need to send us an email, we delete your registration and you start again…
  • You will receive by email a paid invoice or a proforma invoice at the end of the process.
  • Options: If you have an accompagnying person, register her or him  (using another email address), select Accompanying category. If, for transportation or convenience reasons, you arrive on June 28 and/or depart on July 4, you can add a meal-and-lodging package to your registration by creating a new registration in your name but using a different email address and selecting this category.
  • To welcome you in the best possible way, in the weeks following your registration, you’ll receive an email from the committee with a link to a form for further information (unmanageable from this main platform).

INVITATION LETTER
If you need an invitation letter to apply for a visa, please register first, and send an email to iqclsw2026@gmail.com, indicating your affiliation and a copy of your passport, and the length of time you plan to stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation must be requested in writing to iqclsw2026@gmail.com
  • If the cancellation request is received betwin 4 May and  28 May 2026, a cancellation fee of €100 will be deducted.
  • If the cancellation request is received after 28 May 2026, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the registration fee.
  • No cancellations will be refunded after 5 June 2026.
  • All refunds will be processed after the conference.
  • Registered individuals can, however, be replaced without financial penalties until June 28, 2026. In this case, please inform iqclsw2026@gmail.com as soon as possible.
